Perfect Black Hole ("the Game") is developed and published by an independent developer ("we"). This policy explains what information the Game handles and how. The short version: the Game has no accounts, does not ask for personal information, and keeps your progress on your own device. The only third party involved is Google's advertising service.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, e‑mail address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information. The Game has no login, no user accounts, and no servers of our own that receive gameplay data.
The Game saves the following locally on your device so it can work as expected. This data never leaves your device through the Game and is deleted when you uninstall it:
You can erase all of this at any time from Settings → Reset Progress inside the Game, or by uninstalling the Game.
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to revive once after being devoured) and may show interstitial ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process device information such as your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device model, operating system version, and ad interaction data. We do not receive this information in identifiable form.
You can limit personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier on your device under Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path varies by device). Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location.
The Game is a general‑audience casual game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Ads are configured through Google's tools in accordance with Google Play's Families and advertising policies where applicable.
Because gameplay data is stored only on your device, its security depends on your device's own protections. We keep no copies. Advertising data handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies linked above.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Since we hold no personal data about you, these rights are exercised by deleting local data (see Section 2) or by managing your advertising settings with Google (see Section 3). You may also contact us using the details below.
If we change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the Game's store listing.
